Cancellation policy

Subscription Policy

The Lysvane Inner Circle is an optional recurring monthly membership. It is only added to your order if you choose to add it in the cart. It is never added silently and it is never bundled into another product.

Billing

When a free trial is offered, the trial period is stated in the cart and in your confirmation email before you pay. After the trial the membership renews automatically at $29.00 USD per month until you cancel. Your exact next billing date is shown in your account and in your confirmation email.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing antoinelebrun56@gmail.com. Cancelling takes effect immediately for future billing: no further charge is taken. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we email you and retry over the following days. If it still fails the membership is paused and access ends. No debt is created and nothing is sent to collections.
